Download the appInstalling it
- Tap Download the app above. Use Chrome rather than a link opened inside another app — some in-app browsers save the file wrongly and Android then refuses to open it.
- Open the downloaded file. Android will ask whether to allow installs from this source; that permission is per-app and can be turned off again afterwards.
- Tap Install.
If it will not install
“App not installed” — an earlier MatchGenie is on the phone that was signed with a different key. Uninstall it first, then install this one. It is a one-time step; updates from here on install straight over the top and keep your data.
“There was a problem parsing the package” — the download was saved by something that mangled it. Delete it and download again in Chrome.
Not on Android?
Open MatchGenie in your browser — it works on any phone, and can be added to the home screen.
